When you purchase a property, we will draw up the agreement and send you an eDocument signature request. Signing electronically offers a secure process for signing legal documents, and it’s really quite easy.
Once we send you the document, you receive an email letting you know that the document is ready for your signature. You don’t need to create an account or install any software – just follow the link in the email and you will be able to securely sign and return electronically.
Once you have signed document, we will put together a Welcome Packet, which includes a copy of your signed contract, maps, and other important information regarding the property and sale. We will mail this packet at no extra cost to you. You can expect to receive this packet within 5-7 business days.
